Tom Hirschmann is a composer and multi-instrumentalist specializing in music for television and film, with over 25 years of industry experience. Proficient across a wide range of musical styles, he brings versatility and depth to every project, tailoring his work to meet the unique demands of visual media.

Originally from Maryland and now based in Nashville, Tennessee, Tom has achieved more than 700 placements across a broad spectrum of television programming. He began his professional career writing music for Selectracks, a production music company later acquired by BMG, laying the foundation for a long and successful career in media composition.

He studied under renowned jazz composer Hank Levy, best known for his work featured in the film Whiplash, an experience that helped shape his compositional voice and musical approach.
